Account & data deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data (including VIN history, job cards, and diagnostic records), email us from the address linked to your account. Please include your registered email so we can verify ownership.
We will confirm the request and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless we are required to keep certain records by law.

Billing and subscriptions
